netbeans - Is faces-config.xml file automcatically create? -

I tried to create a simple JSF Facelift project in the Netbeans IDE.

I have Netbeans

Do I need to create face-config.xml file manually in the face-config.xml Netbeans IDE file under Web-INF or will the Netbeen IDE be generated automatically?
