pentaho PDI(kettle) output not found and input not complete -

When I click on the spoon, then I have a problem with PDI (Kettle). I can not get output in tab design (version 5.2) There is only one element in the input, other elements such as I xml or XLS can not be found. I try with other versions, but the same problem.

I have found a solution "Tools -> Options -> Fook and Fail" and change the language in English .
