Change source data for multiple Excel pivot tables but not using cache -

I have to answer hundreds of questions from a single source data, which is a 85MB file (approximately 300k lines). I have created a pivot table to answer questions, but to make it all manageable in a separate file from source data.

My problem is that after I set up a group of pivot tables, I notice that I need to create another column in the source data (a filter's group data), which is basically the category The effect is used in the pivot table, it happens even when I use the named range for source data.

Because I have many haze arrays and the source data is huge, I do not want to use the pivot table cache. On the way to change the source data range, I have seen that all the methods depend on the cache. Is there any way to do this without a cache or turn it off using the cache?

I am using Excel 2010.

A PivotTable should be made on the top of PivotCatch. You can not separate both of them and still have a PivotTable

Can you add your filter fields at the end of your data set, so the current pitcher does not automatically lift it, then the new Using a large range made a new pivot table? This will have two pitches, one original without filters, and a new one with filters. The negative side of this method is that pivot catches take disk space and it will blot the size of your sheet. A cache is almost the size of the data that is based on, so it will probably double the size of your worksheet
