java - RFT does not recognize webelements -

RFT test object is not able to identify individual web elements in any browser. So far tested in IE9 and Chrome 32.0 . I have tried to clean all Java versions but it does not work. It works in my laptop with the same settings, but not in my desktop. Any thoughts

My RFT version: - 8.5.1 IE version: -9 Java version installed in machine: -1.7.0_60-ea . Class for something like "Html.A" for links to property when the object inspector shows only screen coordinates. But

Is the browser competency test passed?

Is the issue seen on a specific site or a website?

If there is a problem with all sites then I suspect that this browser is a potential problem. [Java needs to be enabled to enable the browser].

In addition to IE Tools> Ads, make sure that RENJIE IENBABLE class is enabled.

Check the next general plugin in the Java Control Panel under the Advanced tab. It should be unchecked Check browser zoom level (this should be 100%).

And where do you spit .. If you try to insert the object in the browser (insert test object wizard) what is the square of the object that is capable of highlighting RFT .. I mean This HTML HTML Browser or HTML HTML documents or anything else.
