android - Web page won't fully load in blackberry device -

I have an asp.net application when I try to load some web pages on different devices, Different results are available.

In Blackberry Q10, it only loads content that fits in the screen size. I can not scroll down and the page does not move.

It works perfectly with the iPhone 5s and Chrome browsers.

Can anyone tell me how similar designs for all devices are the same design?
