sql server - SSDT 2013 new database Project missing -

This may be a minor error in my setup, but I guess I was not able to get the SSD 2013 incorrectly with SQL Server. And open to create a new database template

I hope to be on the list in a SQL template, with the option to create a new database project Tell me what am I missing?

Visual Studio 2013 - In VS 2013 SQL Server Tooling has now been created and sent as part of the main product. Online experience through database projects, SQL tools (such as schema comparison and data comparison), and SSOX are included with all the RTM version. We have full project and SSOX support, which will be available for Web Access for Windows Desktop For vs Express, so we have discontinued our stand-alone integrated shell offer. We have a component update feed which will push to use VS update to manually check the information updates, go to Tools> Extensions and Updates ... menu to open the dialog. We will continue to announce announcements on our blogs and forums which is a release available and what is included in that update.

I've been searching for a while, but all the solutions I can only deal with parts of my issue. With an item control, which includes the expansion, upon expansion, the content of the extensioner should be shown as an item which is overlapping the other item in the item control and not taking them down.
